    1. The closing date of the prize draw is: 1st February 2011

    2. The prize includes one seven (7) night holiday including flights for two adults to Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort & Offshore Island. Accommodation is on a Luxury IncludedŽ (all-inclusive) basis in a deluxe room.

    3. Flights are economy class and are subject to availability.

    4. There is no cash alternative to the prize and spending money is not included.

    5. Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel.

    6. The prize is subject to availability, cannot be taken during peak seasons (Easter, July, August, December and New Year) and cannot be confirmed until 90 days prior to departure.

    7. Once dates are confirmed there will be an administration fee for any changes made to the reservation. This fee varies in accordance with the airlines.

    8. The prize is strictly non transferable, non refundable, and is subject to Sandals Resorts’ normal terms and conditions.

    9. The prize must be taken before 4 February 2012.

    10. Sandals’ resorts are for couples only.

    11. Sandals Resorts reserve the right to relocate prize winners from the stated resort to an alternative Sandals resort if rooms become unavailable for the travel dates requested.

    12. One entry per household. No purchase necessary in Northern Ireland.

    14. Entry is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man except employees (and their families) of IPC Media, its printers and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.

    15. The winner(s) must be aged 18 or over.

    16. Proof of identity and age may be required.

    17. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

    18. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.

    19. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

    20. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

    21. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

    22. The winner(s) is(are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.

    23. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

    24. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

    25. The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by IPC relating to any post-winning publicity.

    26. Unless stated otherwise all postal entries must be made on the relevant coupon or form printed in the magazine.

    27. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

    28. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.

    29. Confirmation of the prize will also be made in writing to the winner(s).

    30. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

    31. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.

    32. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
