New Subscription Offers

Subscription offers open to new subscribers only. Direct Debit is available to UK subscribers only. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of your first subscription issue (up to eight weeks overseas).  All prices are discounted from the full subscription rate advertised in each title, include P&P and are correct at time of going to press.  If the magazine ordered changes frequency per annum, we will honour the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription.

 

Welcome Gifts

If the subscription offer includes a welcome gift, this gift is subject to availability and will be delivered separately within 28 days after your first payment has been taken. TI Media Limited reserves the right to supply an alternative gift of the same or higher value.  Gifts only available to subscribers on the UK mainland.  Welcome gifts are only provided on selected promotions for TI Media Limited magazines with the following exceptions: TV Times, TV&Satellite Week, Woman's Weekly, Woman's Own, Woman, Now and Wallpaper*.

 

Your Subscription

Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by TI Media, a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 53626 whose registered office is at TI Media Limited, 3rd Floor, 161 Marsh Wall, London, England, E14 9AP, together with its agents and sub-contractors.

 

If placing your order on-line when you click "Submit Order" you will either see a page or receive an email if you have supplied your email address acknowledging that your order has been received successfully and is being processed, the contract between us is not formed at this point. A legally binding contract is formed on the date we send you confirmation of your order with your subscription account number and payment has been taken.

 

You will receive this confirmation within 14 days by post, or by email within 72 hours if you supplied an email address.

 

We will not be responsible if you fail to receive the written confirmation because you have supplied us with an incorrect postal address or email address. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full immediately.

 

Subscription Term If the magazine ordered changes frequency per annum, we will honour the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription.

 

If you have ordered a subscription for someone else a gift card will be sent to you to pass on to the gift recipient. Once you‘ve placed your gift order, you’ll receive a postal acknowledgement within 14 days or an email acknowledgement within 72 hours (if you gave us your email address). Please allow up to eight weeks for delivery of the first subscription issue for both UK and Overseas orders

 

We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders:

 

 

Delivery

We will deliver the magazines to the address you notify to us when you place your orders. Subscriptions will start with the next available issue, please allow up to six weeks for delivery. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines if you have supplied us with an incorrect address. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you we do not receive correct address details.

We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines in the following circumstances:

 

Our liability to you in the event of magazines being lost in despatch shall at our discretion, be limited either to replacement of the missing issues or refund of the cost of the missing issues, to the extent permitted by law we exclude all other liability to you. Our exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of any of our employees or agents. These Terms and Conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

 

Cancellations and refunds

Where a minimum term of 12 months is advertised cancellations are not permitted until the end of this initial period and we will not issue you a refund. Should you wish to cancel after the minimum term, please contact our customer care team in writing (see contact details below).
For all other subscriptions or after the minimum term of your subscription, you may cancel your subscription contract at any time by notifying our customer services team in writing. See contact details below. We will refund you the cost of the issues not yet issued to you at the time you notify us of your wish to cancel.

Please note that all credit card refunds will be issued in sterling. Your Credit Card company will convert the sterling amount into your local currency and may charge an additional fee for completing the transaction. TI Media Limited may cancel a subscription and provide a pro rata refund if it ceases to publish the relevant title for any reason.  Magazine subscription prices vary from time to time and any difference in price cannot be released as a cash payment. 

 

Payment

Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed on-line. Prices quoted on screen include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable). You either make a one-off payment for a one or two year subscription or make ongoing direct debit payments for any other subscription term.

 

If you make ongoing direct debit payments we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed and will notify you in writing with 10 days notice of any such price increase.

 

Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.

 

If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment details. By clicking "Submit" you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit card holder.

 

Cashback

Cashback not available on single issue sales and digital only subscriptions.
Cashback is for print subscriptions only.
Transactions using voucher codes are not eligible for cashback.
Cashback may only be paid on the net value excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery.
Cashback will remain at pending status for a minimum of 3 months, in order to ensure that subscriptions are not cancelled
Cashback is only available on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online.

 

Covermounts and Prize Draws

If any of our magazines are put on sale in the UK which contain a covermount gift or supplement you are not entitled as a subscriber to receive these covermounts or supplements. Occasionally some subscriber copies may be sent with covermounts and supplements included, however this is the exception rather than the rule. If you wish to guarantee your receipt of any covermount you should purchase an additional copy of the magazine from your local retailer.Digital only subscriptions will not receive supplements or covermounts.


Magazines delivered to overseas addresses shall not contain covermount gifts or supplements.
Prize Draw and Competition Rules All prize draws and competitions which are associated with our magazine subscription offers are subject to separate terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, such prize draws and competitions are only open to you if you are able to supply us with a billing address in the UK.

 

Personal Information

We use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, credit card details) ("Personal Information") you supply to us in order to fulfil your subscription order. On the online order form we will ask you about receiving details of our products and services and/or those of third parties which may be of interest to you. You should tick the relevant boxes to indicate whether or not you wish to receive such information.
Unless a member of our staff has been fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information (including in particular credit/debit card details) you transmit when you place an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to avoid unauthorised use

 

Payment

As magazinesdirect.com is a site wholly owned and run by TI Media Limited, we’re able to guarantee that you won’t find a better price elsewhere for magazines that we publish.  If you do and it matches the conditions below, then we’ll refund the difference. It’s as simple as that.

Conditions:

Direct Debit Guarantee

THE DIRECT DEBIT GUARANTEE · This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Magazines Direct will notify

you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Magazines Direct to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request. If an error is made in

the payment of your Direct Debit by Magazines Direct or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay

it back when Magazines Direct asks you to. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

 

Money Back Guarantee
If you change your mind, we offer a money back guarantee on the cost of any unmailed magazine issues.  Alternatively, the subscription can be transferred to another magazine.  Please contact Customer Services for more information.

Our Money Back Guarantee also applies to the Golf Monthly Pro Gift Box.  If you are not satisfied please return the Pro Gift Box within 14 days of receipt. TI Media Limited is not liable for any items lost during return transit, and recommend sending via recorded delivery.  Please note return postage will not be refunded unless product(s) are faulty. Sales and Promotions
From time to time, TI Media Limited will promote discounts across its portfolio at various points during the year. These discounts only apply to the print version of the magazine, all digital and bundle versions are excluded.

Giftdirect Terms & Conditions 

Giftdirect subscriptions must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date.
Payment for giftdirect orders will be taken immediately not when the recipient completes the order process by providing a delivery address.
In the event that a giftdirect recipient does not provide delivery address details then payment will be held indefinitely.
In the event that a giftdirect recipient does not provide delivery address details, refunds will be made available to the donor upon request.
TI Media Limited cannot be held responsible for any delays with the redemption of a giftdirect order if the donor provides incorrect email or sms details.
The first issue of a giftdirect magazine subscription will be delivered to the recipient within 6-8 weeks of the recipient providing their delivery address details.

Voucher codes

Discount voucher codes can only be used online at www.magazinesdirect.com subject to the following general terms and conditions and any other specific conditions notified to you on the issue of a discount voucher code.  To use your discount voucher code you will be required to enter its unique code at the online checkout during the purchase process. This will also confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions.
When you use a discount voucher code you warrant to TI Media Limited that you are the duly authorised recipient of the discount voucher code and that you are using it in good faith.
 
If we reasonably believe that any discount voucher code is being used in breach of the relevant terms and conditions we may reject or cancel any discount voucher code and you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. TI Media Limited reserves the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.
 
 

Limitation and Liability

Digital Subscriptions Terms & Conditions
When purchasing a Digital Subscription through Magazines Direct you must follow the simple instructions shown in the receipt page in order to activate your subscription. Make sure that you have first downloaded the free App of your chosen title via the iTunes App Store and then ‘sign in’ by using the same Username and Password you created during the purchase process. Once signed in, issues will be available for free download. Covermounts and free gifts are not included with Digital subscriptions.

Digital subscriptions on Magazines Direct are only available on operating system iOS 9 and above. 

 

Terms of Use

1. These User Terms
1.1 In accordance with the following user terms ('User Terms') and, TI Media Limited, its subcontractors, agents, and/or representatives grants you as an authorised user ('Authorised User' or 'you') of this TI Media Limited Web Site ('Web Site') certain rights (as set out below) and in return you agree to perform certain obligations.
1.2 Please read these User Terms carefully. They are a legal document and, by your continued use of the Web Site, you agree to be bound by these User Terms. 2.2.3 Rent, lease, sub-licence, loan, copy or give or transfer any rights in the TI Media Limited Material in any form, to any person or entity without the prior written consent of TI Media Limited.
3. Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Notwithstanding the limited rights granted to you in accordance with Clause 2, TI Media Limited, or TI Media Limited's suppliers, subcontractors and agents (collectively 'TI Media Limited Contractors') (as applicable) shall retain all ownership, title and interest in the intellectual property rights contained in the TI Media Limited Material (including but not limited to copyright, database rights, trade marks, patents, service marks, design rights (whether registerable or otherwise) know-how, trade or business names, domain names, goodwill associated with any of the foregoing and other similar rights or obligations whether registerable or not in any jurisdiction in the world ('Intellectual Property Rights').
3.2 You agree that any material (including any Intellectual Property Rights in such material), including but not limited to material sent via articles submitted for publication on the Web Site or in using any of the Web Site Services ("User Generated Content") may be retained as the property of TI Media Limited. 4. Duration of User Terms and Termination

4.1.2 TI Media Limited terminates these User Terms by notice to you at any time in accordance with Clause 9.2; or

4.2.2 You must delete or destroy any of the TI Media Limited Material stored by you in electronic or hard copy form as soon as reasonably practicable; and

5. TI Media Limited's Responsibilities
5.1 TI Media Limited undertakes to use commercially reasonable endeavours to prevent breaches of security of the Web Site.

7. Consent to Use Your Personal Information
7.1 For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, you acknowledge that in the course of registering and using this Web Site and the Web Site Services, certain personal information or data about you will be captured electronically or otherwise and transmitted to TI Media Limited and/or TI Media Limited Contractors. By accepting these User Terms, you expressly agree to transfer such personal information or data to TI Media Limited or TI Media Limited Contractors to use, store and process the personal information for the purposes of providing the services offered on this Web Site, or any other connected TI Media Limited Web Sites.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 TI Media Limited does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of TI Media Limited, its employees, or TI Media Limited Contractors, and the remainder of this Clause 8 shall not apply to such liability.
8.2 To the extent that TI Media Limited is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to have any liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise in relation to this Web Site or the Web Site Services, TI Media Limited's entire liability shall be limited to £1,000 for any one incident or series of related incidents and up to £2,000 for all incidents in any period of 12 months.
8.3 TI Media Limited shall not be liable to you in contract, tort, negligence (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise for:
8.3.1 Any economic loss, (including without limitation, loss of revenue, business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings);
8.3.2 Any loss of goodwill or reputation;
8.3.3 Any loss of data; or
8.3.4 Any special, indirect or consequential loss.
8.4 The express terms of these User Terms are in lieu of all warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms, and obligations implied by statute, common law, usage, course of dealing or otherwise, all of which are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8.5 The Web Site may contain links to third party web sites which are controlled and operated by parties other than TI Media Limited. The links will let you leave the Web Site and TI Media Limited is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. The inclusion of any link on the Web Site does not imply endorsement by TI Media Limited of the linked site. If you decide to access linked third party web sites, you do so at your own risk.
9. Notices

Such notices will be effective within 3 days of receipt by TI Media Limited.
9.2 TI Media Limited may send you notice by general notice on this Web Site, by e-mail to your e-mail address on record with TI Media Limited, or by post to the geographical address on record with TI Media Limited. Such notice will be effective if sent by e-mail or posted on the Web Site, 1 day from the date it was sent or posted on the Web Site. If sent by regular post, it will be effective 3 days after posting by TI Media Limited.
10. General
10.1 For the purposes of Clauses 1.4, 1.5, 3, 6.3, 7, 8 and 10.8 of these User Terms, TI Media Limited shall mean any TI Media Limited Group Company which means, an TI Media Limited subsidiary or holding company, or a subsidiary of that holding company all as defined by Section 736 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended by the Companies Act 1989
10.2 These User Terms form the entire agreement between you and TI Media Limited and supersede any other oral or written communications, agreements or representations with respect to your use of this Web Site and Web Site Services.
10.3 TI Media Limited reserves the right to add to or change the terms of these User Terms in its sole discretion without prior notice to you. All changes to the User Terms will be effective once posted on the Web Site. TI Media Limited will provide notice of the changes to the User Terms for 30 days after posting the amended User Terms on the Web Site. Your continued use of the Web Site or the Web Site Services following TI Media Limited's posting of such changes will be regarded by TI Media Limited as acceptance of the amended User Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by the amended User Terms you should exit the Web Site and not access or use the Web Site in the future.
10.4 Nothing in these User Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10.7 Subject to Clause 10.6, a person who is not a party to these User Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these User Terms but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
10.8 If TI Media Limited or any TI Media Limited Contractor is unable to perform any obligation under these User Terms because of a matter beyond its reasonable control, including (but not limited to) fire, flood, explosion, war, civil disorder, industrial disputes (whether or not involving its employees), or other disasters or governmental laws and regulations imposed after the fact, or events beyond the reasonable control of TI Media Limited or the TI Media Limited Contractors, neither TI Media Limited nor any TI Media Limited Contractor will have any liability for that failure to perform.
10.9 Your use of the Internet is solely at your risk and subject to all applicable laws, and TI Media Limited has no responsibility for any information, software, services or other materials accessed or obtained by you using the Internet.

5.    Where a contact telephone number is required, you must speak with one of our agents within 7 days of submitting your request and provide all requested details (for example, address) in order to be eligible to receive the free issue. Please allow 28 days for receipt of your free issue after your details have been taken over the phone. This will be confirmed by email or post. 
6.    Limited to one copy per UK address. You will be sent one compact issue copy of the next available issue within 28 days after your details have been taken over the phone. Magazines will be sent by post, to UK addresses only. 

7.    TI Media Limited will from time to time limit the number of free copies available.  You will be notified in advance if this is the case and advised to return at a later date when stock is available again. 
8.    Entry made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
9.    Use of a false name, address, telephone or date of birth will result in disqualification. TI Media Limited accept no responsibility for requests unsuccessfully submitted. 
10.    Any information submitted by you must be personal to and relate specifically to you. The Magazine Gift Card

The Magazine Gift Card can only be redeemed online using the web address www.magazinesdirect.com/giftcard and is only valid for magazines published by TI Media Limited. The Gift Card entitles the recipient to (i) a 12 issue subscription to any of its monthly titles or (ii) a 26 issue subscription to any of its weekly titles. The Gift Card will automatically expire 24 months after date of purchase. Valid for UK postal addresses only. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for the cash alternative. Any cancellations and refunds after use of a Gift Card to purchase a subscription are provided at the discretion of TI Media Limited. TI Media Limited may cancel a subscription and provide a pro rata refund if it ceases to publish the relevant title for any reason. Magazine subscription prices vary from time to time and any difference in price cannot be realised as a cash payment.

6. Delivery of Publisher products
After your order has been accepted and processed by the Publisher, the Publisher will deliver or arrange for delivery of your magazines as soon as practicable and according to the applicable Publisher’s delivery schedule. For printed magazine subscriptions, it may take up to 8 weeks for the first issue in a subscription to be delivered (and 12 weeks for overseas orders). magazinesdirect.com has no control over delivery or delivery dates, and has no access to any information relating to delivery. Any delivery problems or questions should be directed to the Publisher. Publisher contact details can be found on the email order confirmation [you received from the Publisher].   If you have not been able to get a satisfactory response from the Publisher then please contact magazinesdirect.com through our Contact Us page and we will use reasonable efforts to make sure that your concerns are dealt with. 7. Cancellations and refunds

Magazinesdirect.com are not able or liable to refund subscriptions once the payment has been made to the Publisher.

8. Free gifts with purchase
From time to time, a Publisher may offer a free gift with purchase of certain magazines.  All gifts will be subject to stock availability and Publisher’s terms and conditions and will be time-limited. The Publisher reserves the right to also substitute any free gifts with a suitable alternative. Delivery of any free gifts will be a separate to the delivery of any magazines, delivery timelines will be subject to the Publishers own terms and conditions.
